If you order before 11:30 PM, your order will be shipped the next day. As soon as we send the package, we will send you a track & trace code by e-mail. With this track & trace code you can track the status of your order. All orders are shipped via PostNL.
Does the scheduled delivery time not come true? Or would you rather pick up your package at a PostNL ServicePoint? You can change the time or location from the day before delivery. The sooner you choose, the more delivery options you have.
Missed PostNL delivery?
When you were not at home on the moment of delivery PostNL will leave you a “Missed You Card”. Make a new delivery appointment with your delivery code and zip code. Choose a different PostNL ServicePoint, delivery to neighbors or back to your home. You can change immediately on the day you receive the card.
Haven’t received your package?
